Purpose of Chakra Balancing Meditation

The aim of chakra balancing meditation is to clear the chakras of your body. It will straighten up high frequency energies and even cleanse already stored unfavorable energy out of your body.

How to Practice chakra balancing meditation?

  • Sit comfortably on a chair or cushion placing your hands on your upper thighs.
  • Now close your eyes and focus on your fine, slow and deep breathe.
  • Set your focus on the Base chakra – imagine the chakra being a shiny RED ball rotating clock-wise – As you focus on the Base chakra, Breath in and out the red colour, Copy this procedure a couple times.

    NOTE: Make sure you visualize the energy spinning at the base of Root chakra and as well streaming down through your legs into the ground just like a tree expanding its roots approaching towards the core of the earth.

  • Now Focus on the Sacral chakra – picture the chakra as a glowing Orange ball rotating clock-wise. As you concentrate on – Breath in and out the Orange color. Repeat it a few times.
  • Now bring in your attention to Solar Plexus chakra – Imagine it as a glowy Yellow ball spinning in the location- Now bring your attention to the said chakra and visualize that you are breathing with a yellow color, inhaling it and exhaling it, repeat it for couple of minutes.
  • Set your focus on the Heart chakra – imagine the chakra being a bright Green ball rotating clock-wise – As you focus on the Base chakra, Breath in and out the green color, Copy this procedure a couple times
  • Focus on your Throat chakra – Imagine it as a Shinning Blue ball spinning – Now breathe slowly and deeply and imagine that the air you’re inhaling is of blue color – repeat it for a couple of minutes.

    NOTE: Be sure to imagine the blue ball turning in the throat chakra region, and streaming down through your arms reaching your hands connecting both blue energies together.

  • Put your focus on third eye chakra- Imagine it as a glowy Indigo ball spinning clock-wise -As you concentrate on – Breath in and out the Indigo color. Repeat it a few times.
    NOTE: Make sure you see the ball’s energy spinning at third eye chakra plus imagine you are sit on a chair in a room with indigo color all around.
  • Now it’s time to focus on your very top Crown Chakra– Crown chakra has a Violet Color so picture a bright ball of violet color turning around at the top of your head where the crown chakra is located.
    Breathe in deeply inhaling a violet air in and out. Repeat it a few times.
  • Finally Observe a Bright white light streaming down from the Sky entering your Crown chakra, streaming down through the rest of the chakras and ultimately right into the earth.

Now think about yourself as a bright being along with the Chakras spinning vibrantly with their respective colors.

This chakra balancing meditation will certainly assist you clearing and healing all your chakras enabling you to live a pleasurable life.
